Pros

It's a small community bank that really cares about its employee development. numerous courses offered to enhance skill sets that help employees achieve the most out of their career. Management is easy to talk to.

Cons

There isn't really many cons but sometimes because it is a small community bank it can feel like their is a lot of micro management.
