Pros

The only pro for this place is that the employees at this bank are hard working, caring people. I have great memories of friends that worked there.

Cons

This bank does not care for its employees, they do not reward them for work well done. instead they look for things to blame on you when in reality it is managements that makes the decisions and when things do not go as planned they look to you (the employee) to blame because it didnt work. This bank can even hold its executives on the job. Many have left for greener pastures because this bank does not know how to treat their employees, They are notorious for using bully tactics on their employees to scare them into doing what they want them to do. The slogan "Where your worth more" does not apply to the employees of this bank. As a customer of this bank it didnt apply to me as well. The HR department is one of the worse I ever seen. They tell you what you want to hear but as soon as you get them face to face with your supervisor they lie to you face because management sticks together no matter if they are in the wrong.
