Pros

The employees are nice and the customers love the business. The training program is very thorough. There are a lot of opportunities to switch branches, which is nice.

Cons

There are a lot of differences between the branches. It is very difficult to move up if you are only employed part time. Sometimes, there is a disconnect between upper management and front line employees.
