Pros

Very fair to employees. Very nice people to work with. Everyone from the top down really cares and takes the time to get to know you. Benefits and bonuses are well worth it. Branch and office locations are very well maintained and look great - especially when compared to other bank branches that often look dull and outdated.

Cons

Technology is behind that of other banks and customers know and remind employees of it.

Pros

Awesome and nice people Great atmosphere where everyone helps each other

Cons

Sometimes you will need a thick skin to deal with some customers, but that in no way is the banks fault.

Pros

It's a small community bank that really cares about its employee development. numerous courses offered to enhance skill sets that help employees achieve the most out of their career. Management is easy to talk to.

Cons

There isn't really many cons but sometimes because it is a small community bank it can feel like their is a lot of micro management.
