Pros

I love the people. Middlesex tends to hire smart, good natured, humble people. It's why our culture is so solid. It's a wonderful place to work. It's a place where people spend their entire career for a reason.

Cons

Not many cons to this Bank. They are not at the higher end of salary; however, their culture makes up for it.

Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with in my many years at the bank. Love my job and co workers. Pay is decent and benefits are pretty good with a pension and profit sharing bonuses.

Cons

Management is a huge problem. Bullying and harassment is rampant in back office. They are very threatened by intelligent staff. HR does not help. Nobody seems to care how staff is treated and when report harassment they put blame on you. People are leaving in high volumes but still no change. Not sure what it will take for them to wake up.
