Pros

Great culture, loved my managers and coworkers.

Cons

Executive level doesn't know that people make mistakes. They don't care about their employees or what they are going through like they say they do.

Pros

fun people to work with (mostly), pay is pretty good, relatively low stress job if you are competent

Cons

Upper management out of touch, quality of coworkers can make or break the job, can either be high volume or very slow depending on location
