Midea prides their selves on a hostile-free work environment. This is the FIRST company in my entire professional career where EVERYONE is a pleasure to work with - your colleagues are actually considered your friends. The Executives lead by example and are totally accessible as well as approachable. When there are moments that call for it, all hands are on deck, there is no man left behind to fend for themselves and we celebrate our wins together. I am comfortable as well as confident in saying, we operate like a business but interact with each other as a family.

Cons

If it wasn't for the unlimited PTO, work life balance would be considered a challenge. Meeting deadlines, having constant contact with the teams in China, there are times when you're on a 7am conf call, or evenings when you're on a 9pm conf call.
