Pros

Literally nothing, even toilets and pantry are horrible.

Cons

Very low salaries You are asked to work 24hrs (Exception for sleeping time) No structure No HR dept. to talk to you are watched all the time ... word Small desk, broken chairs and laptops No place to eat You pay for the parking Very stressful and negative environment

Pros

This company is growing very fast and this increases the career opportunities and work challenges. The learning curve is really fast, you get the chance to work with many different teams and also international contact with the factory and HQ located in China. The benefit package is great, has everything one need, plus very good vacation time and bonus. I would totally recommend this company for a friend, because you can learn a lot but also make a huge contribution with your work being impacted directly on the business. I am glad to be part of this company.

Cons

I think the hardest thing is to balance work and personal life, because some times of the year we have a higher demand of work that could impact more this healthy balance.

Good manufacturer but not a BAD AI company

Pros

Very good manufacturer in the industry. Good visibility in HQ. Be proud to be in such an excellent company.

Cons

1) HR in HQ knows nothing about the hiring market in SV. 2) Put every single word related to your compensation and benefits on to paper contract, otherwise they will refuse to admit. Never ever trust the saying like "We will..." 3) The company revoke the sponsorship of immigration if you leave company, even though this is reasonable but unnecessary. This is very rare in SV and usually be called as "mean". They have 100% right to do this, but gain nothing but only revenge to the employees who left. 4) No clear development route on AI. They only need the AI technique which is "enough" and "cheap". Not any exploration. Your only value is to replace the 3rd party vendor of AI techs.
