Pros
They really care about making co-ops into useful members of the team and taking them seriously as professionals. I was able to take ownership of a project in my first rotation, and my opinion was values on my colleagues' projects.
Cons
I had a trans coworker, a fellow co-op who was misgendered a LOT. I didn't know him well, so I'm not sure whether there was miscommunication or malice, but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth. My close coworkers were very nice to me, but I suppose I was trying to be a man at the time.
