- FUN. Really fun problems to work on!
- The clinician and the patient are always top priority. This is often rare in healthcare.
- Leaders are kind, thoughtful, and compassionate.
Cons
- It's a startup, so that comes with the regular hiccups.
Hired for the position. Gave my notice to my employer. Texted me 4 weeks before start date to extend start date to 4 months later to Sept. Recruiter couldn’t give me an honest explanation. Received a call beginning of June and due to “operational changes” offer was rescinded. They have my banking information as part of onboarding and will not reply as to how to delete this information from their records as I feel this is a shady company. I have never had to deal with such unprofessionalism.
Good pay but you will always be monitored by control freaks!
Cons
Incompetent management, disorganized systems, and confusing work processes. Even when you work remote, you're constantly micromanaged and monitored. These people will not allow you a little space to breathe!
