Management is condescending and uneducated about problems and processes at the branch/customer level. Very unprofessional behind the scenes.

If you are looking to make a positive change and have and influence in you job you can find that here. I struggled with something specific in the handbook, through my suffering my manager and regional manager saw a change in the handbook take place. Ultimately they care if you are suffering through something they can empathize with.

Cons

Micro managing Lower average pay to similar positions in the area Passive aggression Alienation Hourly positions time is undervalued by management. Banking is being automated more and more to the point that the teller positions are not likely to exist as jobs within a few years at many banks. Very little future without going corporate, IT, or operations.
