Pros

Likes to be engaged in the communities and focused on growth of the bank.

Cons

The culture has changed drastically. There is no longer a focus on the people who work for this company. It’s is about the return of income and to do whatever that takes. The expectations and goals are unattainable with the lack of adequate training and minimal staffing. Safety and soundness for the employees is also a concern. You are no longer a value as an employee yet a number and if that numbers fits in a staffing model.
