Very caring and hard working organization. Yes, it’s a high pressure job, but that’s because they care so much about their patients and employees! always opportunity to grow and climb up the ladder to better positions. It’s not just a job it’s a family!

Cons

Need to be a good multi tasker, need to be able to handle high stress/pressure.

- Dont always get a full break - Lack of communication at unorganized sometimes - 12 hour days can be really long - no PTO or Vacation Time - Last minute coverage can be hard to find
