Zero, none, zilch, NADA. NOTHING.
Cons
Management ego is out of control. Doesn't listen to anyone because they think they know best. Owner hasn't been to facility for years and doesn't see what's happening. Constant degrading and belittling of loyal employees which is reflected in massive turnover( which is NOT standard in any job, no matter what they tell you) No reward for loyal/long term employees. Pay is garbage for what they expect out of you. Management doesn't care about your personal life or have sympathy for any problems you have. Punch in and out on time, don't argue with the egomaniacal management and you'll keep your job, whether you do any work or not.
