Pros

So they give amazing PTO and time off they are VERY generous with this part. And the health coverage is pretty great aswell

Cons

Heavy micromanaging, stalking, favortism, no overtime unless you are a selected favorite then you will be given overtime secretly and very low pay and raises. Also too clickish, and if you don't fit in and prefer to work alone and be alone then they will load you with more work than the others that fit in and do a lot of @$$ kissing. Many people are leaving because of this. Overall the overtime isn't given fairly, some get it all and some will get none at all even if you ask and beg them for some.

Good health benefits and work/life balance.

Cons

Can be difficult to advance your career. When I worked there, an indefinite promotion freeze had been put in place, and staff were given little information about the process. It was eventually lifted, but the process was opaque, and many were frustrated.
