Pros

Helps with gaining EMT experience on and off the field as well as becoming accustomed to the emergency medical service environment.

Cons

They constantly hire new people but EMT's are still overworked. Still getting paid minimum wage. Little to no overtime. Holiday pay isn't time and a half.

Pros

A good learning experience, able to grasp a good understanding of the ambulance service. A great bunch of people to work around.

Cons

Not many downsides, some people within the management aren't really great but thats what you would expect at any company.
