Pros

- Coworkers are great and you could learn a lot from each other. - Okay start learning how to lift, talks to pt, transfer care... - Flexible with scheduling in terms of the date you wanna work. - Overtime and bonuses ($50 per call after the mandate.

Cons

- Long hours and no breaks (10 minutes or less to get food) - Continuously watched via cameras - Always mandated (2 hours) - Equipment is so old (I threw up after a call because the AC on the diesel buses was blowing hot air when there was a heat advisory) - Promised jackets for winter, but only got a sweater halfway through the winter season. - No growth (no 911 contract)
