Lots of OT Coworkers aren't bad people

Cons

Bare minimum pay Management and dispatch are viewed as incompetent Gaslight employees Lie to employees with the union Put techs into needlessly dangerous situations Hires anyone No 911 contract Union "Teamsters 707" only reps MVOs or as they call them on their website "Ambulance drivers" HR is non existent Management makes inappropriate remarks in light of sensitive situations
