Business Outlook
Pros
Lots to do and but I get to work on different things and like variety. You can say what you think and if managers don’t agree its ok. The company cares about making healthcare better and it motivates me. It’s nice to get surprise gift cards. Feel appreciated.
Cons
We have to work hard but I guess that is part of a lot of jobs. It isn’t always fun but I’m learning a lot that will help my career. One thing I hate is that if you work hard, coworkers don’t always pull their weight and leave more for the rest of us.
