Pros

1. Extremely streamlined onboarding process 2. By far the healthiest work environment I've ever had 3. I was allowed to grow and make mistakes which allowed me to become a much better employee

Cons

1. Salary is far too low for the high cost of living in San Francisco 2. Not a lot of room for growth, the shop management positions seem like significantly more work and stress for not much more money.

Cons

The experience is heavily dependent of the manager. Had a fantastic manager who ran the store smoothly, then in his absence had a horrendous manager who make working at Mike's terrible.
