Pros

Most employees are fun and friendly. Higher pay than a majority of bicycle retailers. Separate tech department and sales department. Paid training classes at Specialized Headquarters. If you're passionate about cycling and want to develop a career in the industry - this is a great place to start.

Management is overworked and underpaid. Lack of support No voice Constantly changing company vision
