Fun culture. Not the usual company

Pros

Owners are awesome people, and company culture is usually fun. Good ideas are listened to and employees can influence the decisions made. The perks are nice and the company parties are notorious.

Cons

Insurance benefits are weak. Some department heads have been there too long and have gotten stale. Explosive growth is causing a loss of focus and dilution of resources.

Steady work until Covid happened. Decent environment for a retail based company. All in all, better than Amazon or most large retailers.

Cons

A lot more corporate than they will admit. Still trying to claim to have a small bike shop mindset.
