Pay, benefits, and bonuses constantly reduced while conditions and responsibilities are constantly expanded. Management is completely switched up every 6 months on average

Team is the best part. Decent pay for expectations. Flexible scheduling. Good benefits.

Cons

Hours aren't great for a family or social life, especially for shift managers. The tuition assistance plan used to be good, but they changed it and now it's terrible. No profit sharing or bonuses of any kind. Corporate never seems to know what's going on.
