Benefits are great for full time, 401k, insurance and vacation time; hours are flexible

Cons

The work is pretty labor intensive and the days can be on the extreme sides of hot/cold and it will be required that you perform regular duties in these extremes

I have worked at Mike's for quite a few years. I have learned great customer service, work ethic and made lasting friendships. Everyday is different when you arrive so there is no repetitiveness. The people you work with day in and day out really make the job entertaining and enjoyable. They have a lot of flexibility which has been wonderful while working for Mike's Carwash.

Cons

Working outside in the elements can be a bit of a downer some days. Right now being short staffed is a con, employees are working much harder and getting burned out,

-You'll be overworked unless you voice against it -Super understaffed -Pay is very low, yet the company thinks it's great -Forced to follow ridiculous customer engagement model -Some managers are great, some are the worst. (Seems like a lottery)
