People are the best part. Its a happy and positive environment and lots of teamwork. Good starting career and training

Cons

Some downsides like anywhere. Most positions are entry level and it could be more difficult to get upper promotions. I think most people will work here for a while as a stepping stone to something else. Schedule and pay could be better.

Most of the people are pretty fun to work with Working outside is cool expect weather extremes

-Terrible pay for management and all they are expected to know and do plus the long hours they are expected to work. -Have to wear a tie to sell car washes, doesn't make much sense to me, change uniform standards -They make everyone stress out over the "opps reports" then end up giving crappy scores anyway because they count off for every tiny thing they notice -doing the same thing literally everyday makes you feel like a robot -people wash their car night and day, rain or shine, it is very frustrating because honestly who needs a car wash at 7 am or 9 pm but it literally happens daily and like I said yes even when it's raining or a good chance of rain
