      Pros

      Small firm with the ability to assist in various capacities and increase experience in many areas at once. Perfect for employees just beginning their career. Down to earth executive staff Great location for commuters from within NYC and and surrounding area.

      Cons

      Employees often let the rumor mill get to them. Company outlook is up and down, and because of this employee morale can struggle

      Pros

      Opportunity to work on variety of projects given relative lack of paralegals. Smart, dedicated attorneys and helpful staff. Holiday parties were fun.

      Cons

      HR is gossipy and at times overbearing (taking walks around the office to make sure people are doing their assigned work) and this approach to "leadership" trickles down to workforce.
