The hours are brutal for sales mananger. Expect 65+ hours a week.

Atmosphere is small office, hard to stay focused. Work is hard to complete at times because of level of workload

Company is not too bad but pay is low

Pros

The company offers good training and you will be paid on time. If there are any discrepancies in your compensation then they will fix it.

Cons

The pay is very low for a sales person compared to other dealerships. You will make a flat commission of $200 for every vehicle that you sell. There are no opportunities to earn extra commission on warranties or any products that you sell. You will feel like you are working at a call center and spend twelve hours a day making phone calls, sending text messages and writing emails.
