Get paid as promised on payday and you get food to eat on Saturdays

Cons

Long hours, treatment, negative culture, extreme pressure put on customers, favoritism, talking down to customers, below market trade values, one early day and one day off and the rest of your days are bell to bell, closing 2 to 3 times per week, driving traffic through the phone to the tune of 60-100 calls per days, shared inventory amongst all locations, 2 holidays paid per year, micromanagement
