Schedule was hectic, non-commission pay plan, a bit of store vs. store squabbling.

Pros

Good brands, and promotion from within. They have a good reputation for the most part and focus on customer satisfaction.

Cons

Sales floor is flooded with too many sales people, favoritism shown to certain sales people, training that is provided to new sales people is forgotten by management sometimes once you go from training to the real environment because some of the managers are still "old school" car people.

if you like cars, I mean live eat and breathe cars and high pressure sales then this is great.

Cons

inflexible scheduling, never get a Saturday off, high pressure sales, penalized for not reaching sales goal
