      Good learning process but unrealistic expectations

      Pros

      - When you have some time between tasks, they assign upskilling courses which you need to finish to move up the ladder in the company - Helpful team mates and team leads - Appreciation and awards for good performances - Moderately good compensation - Compensation and bonuses for completing courses

      Cons

      - The clients are sometimes too annoying - Unrealistic expectations on deadlines even when you have genuine reasons to be late on some tasks - You will bear the brunt for releases not going out on time even when the client is slow in making the requirements clear

      Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Most of the people who build long-term careers at our company thrive on our bustling environment and prefer that to a slower pace.
