The people within your immediate team will almost always be excellent teammates.

Cons

Teams interact in an almost tribal fashion, all with their own different set of standards and rules. No team is aware of what the responsibilities of the others and its painfully apparent. Pay is also much lower than it should be for the volume of work you'll be handling.
