The team is oriented for success. Teammates will help each other to learn, grow, and become more successful overall as an individual, and a teammate.

Cons

Sometimes you get overly busy and teammates are not able to help in difficult situations. At times you can feel very alone while working remote.

I'm afraid you may have mistaken Miles IT for another company. "HR" is not one of our job titles and the experience you have described does not reflect that of our candidates or employees. We have a team of Talent Scouts dedicated to assisting our candidates through the application and interview process, providing updates and clear communication throughout. Our new hires have a thorough training and onboarding schedule to help them acclimate to our company and new role. This includes a mentor program with each new hire having a buddy to help them get acquainted with their team and learn our systems.
