Great opportunity for growth & flexibility

Pros

The company is growing which enables staff to move around and up, and learn new skills. Working remotely is a big plus, the company atmosphere is very positive and the leadership is experienced, professional and empathic. The workload is manageable and the company culture is healthy.

Cons

The compensation is okay, not horrible, not tremendous, but if it were adjusted, there would be no cons at all.

Complete Onboarding, Teamwork Is very good, very structured environment

Cons

Benefits could be better, HQ in Jersey worked in California and was a bit overlooked by management
