- Opportunity to learn a lot and work with people who care about each other - As an IT Consultant, you will get more hands-on experience in 1 year than you would in 5 years as an in-house IT staff member.

Cons

- Those who do not enjoy being very organized and busy should consider carefully. - Health benefits are ok but not great
