Pros

Too many to list here, go to the website and look at the values - the actually BELIEVE and LIVE OUT the values. Family first. Advocate for what is best for the customer. Interruptions are opportunities...so good.

Cons

Starting salary might be on the lower side, but if you are good - you get promoted fast AND the bumps up per year are nice jumps (again, if you are good, passionate, etc).
