Remote work, decent pay, very good environment to work in.

Cons

Pay needs to be more to compare to other companies. They lose good employees because they leave for other companies solely due to pay. If pay was more, people would stay forever.

The team is oriented for success. Teammates will help each other to learn, grow, and become more successful overall as an individual, and a teammate.

Cons

Sometimes you get overly busy and teammates are not able to help in difficult situations. At times you can feel very alone while working remote.
