Pros

There is plenty of opportunity for career growth. If you put in the effort and produce results, you will be recognized for it. Promotions are quite common, and employee compensation reflects the value they bring to the company. Work is remote. Time off policy is fairly flexible.

Cons

Employees are compensated fairly, but this is not a big tech company with a big tech budget, so salaries are not comparable to the best in the industry. This is a privately owned company, and employees are not offered any sort of equity in the company as part of their compensation packages.
