I can't say enough good things about Miles Technologies. I have been here for a year and it is the best company I have ever worked for. Leadership goes above and beyond to ensure that emplolyees felt heard when there are issues and recognized for acheivements. Awesome corporate culture and beliefs, everyone is super approachable and willing to help. The CEO gives a monthly update so everyone knows what is new at Miles. I feel like I have found my forever job and couldn't be happier to have been hired here.

Cons

None, I only wish that I lived close the headquarters so I could see the awesome facility and meet some of my amazing coworkers in person.

Outstanding Onboarding Experience

Pros

Miles Technology has an immersive onboarding process. Even for remote workers the experience is very welcoming. -very organized schedule. -clear and professional presentations. -buddy system to help transition into a role -early shadow training and hands on I was excited to be apart of Miles from the beginning and get even more excited with every new day.

Cons

This is a personal con and a part of doing remote work. I would love to be able to meet everyone in person.
