Pros
The concept of what you put in is what you get out goes a long way with this company. I started at the company over 6 years ago as a help desk hire and have advanced and transitioned roles several times, always to something bigger and better. There is always an opportunity to grow at this company. I have also learned a lot from all aspects of business and technologies but also have been trained more in how to think so that regardless of the problem, you can find a solution.
Cons
A lot is expected of you and it can be hard on some people, but as long as you try your best there will be success.
