      Pros

      I have been working at Miles Technologies for some time now, and felt compelled to come on here and recommend to anyone looking through. This company has grown tremendously over the years, but has not stepped on their employees along the way to do so. CEO, Chris Miles understands the balance of work/life and provides so many opportunities for people to succeed. This all trickles down and makes the work culture an enjoyable place to grow your skills/talents. The stocked kitchen, full gym, pickle ball court, basketball court, etc. only helps make work that much more enjoyable as well, haha; but the environment combined with the values that are instilled throughout the company, help create such an enjoyable work day. I would recommend to anyone looking to not only apply their talents to help other businesses succeed, but looking to grow them as well!

      Pros

      You will never find a better group of people to work with: people in every division and level are just great. The atmosphere is laid back, while still being extremely fast-paced. If you are a go-getter, it's super rewarding with a ton of long term growth opportunities in both technical and managerial positions. In the IT division, we get to support and implement such a crazy variety of technologies for a wide range of organizations that there's always something new. I've been here a while and still learn something new pretty much every day. You simply can't be here and not pick up new technical skills.

      Cons

      For the IT division I'm most familiar with: this is an MSP and the pace isn't going to be for everyone. If you just want to collect a pay check, you can probably find something a little less exciting.

      Pros

      I get to work in Miles Technologies very own ERP system, Striven...it’s easy to use yet so Powerful and it’s addicting. Our Customers are great. The Employees are hard working, positive and nice. The CEO is the best..very generous, personable and caring. I love the relaxed yet professional atmosphere. The fully stocked warehouse size kitchen is amazing and is open to employees and their friends and families after hours.

      Cons

      I can’t think of any. I consider myself lucky to work here.
