      Pros

      Excellent company culture, employees have great relationships with each other. Challenging work that keeps you interested. Great place to work if you like to have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology.

      Cons

      Salaries can be low for the quantity of work done. After hours work is expected of nearly everyone. Customers can be among the most demanding (and at times demeaning) in existence.

      The employees are empowered to do the right thing. The values of the company come from the top down. It is a cooperative environment where we are all working to satisfy the client

      Pros

      Lots of upward mobility, OT not generally required and they actually pay OT on top of salary, opportunities to learn at all levels. We have clients with 5-10 PCs and clients with sites throughout the world, and all levels of complexity inbetween. Fast paced environment but we work hard and play hard (the ping-pong table in particular gets a lot of use throughout the day).

      Cons

      Saying that there's a lot of work isn't really a con, cause that's what they pay us for. Commute kinda sucks for me, but that's not Miles' fault.
