Every employee here is kind and of good character, although management is strict, they are also compassionate and accommodating

Milestone is one of the best work environments I have ever been a part of. The people are fabulous and really care for one another and the owners truly have everyone's best interest at heart. (customers & employees) And it's very rare in today's world to work for a company where Faith is a part of the culture and is practiced daily in the office.
