Pros

Warm and inviting culture, feels like a family. We do fun things together on a regular basis - lunches, group get togethers, parties etc. Its nice to be a part of a healthy and growing company

Cons

There are no cons to working here. Service industry is frustrating sometimes because we have to be available for customers 24/7 but thats the name of the game.

Avoid at all costs

Pros

The only pro I would say is that if you work in office, there are times when the people you work with are fun. However, beware of who you have as a “friend”.

Cons

If you have ever heard of the saying “if a company calls themselves a family, avoid it at all costs”, this is true for Milestone. They call themselves family but it is to manipulate and gas light you to succumbing to the twisted leadership. In sales, your pay is commission and hourly. However, your commission is in the hands of customers who call in. They will listen to your phone calls, pull them, and use them as examples for the whole office to hear as what to do or what not to do. On top of that, the so called “friends” that you have at Milestone, will let you go in a HEARTBEAT. Potential to be let go without any reason as to why. The management, horrible. Before the management moved, I loved it. However the new one, could give less than two cares about the communication (or lack there of.) The only way to get an answer from someone is to get up and go to their office, which is fine, until you need an answer and you aren’t in office that day. The people who have been in management, at the hub location, have all been people who are in the same friend group or their sibilings are in that friend group and go to Shoreline City Church. They say to always come to your lead if you have any thing bothering you, so I did, as I worked my tail off for this company. Only to be shunned for bringing something like that up. There is no room for transparency. If you want to work for a company, where every email you send to ANYONE, has to include your lead AND where they monitor everything you do and there is no trust for your job, work for milestone. I have kept my silence for this company for years in fear of my job. Yet, here we are. Fake company who hides micromanagement through smiles and excuses that make zero sense. There have been many plans to promote people and then they randomly fall through. Half the time they do not follow through on promises they say.

Not bad, not good

Pros

Flexible employers, learning experience, potential connections, potential room for growth if you make friends with higher ups, decent pay for entry level jobs if you can get one

Cons

Not true to their word, currently going downhill FAST, heavily biased, no cohesive organization in the company policies, heavy confusion between departments and even within departments, constant sudden changes in policy and leadership, heavy nepotism (hard to get a job if you don't know someone who works there), no diverse points of views, everyone thinks the same or else gets "laid off", heavy Christian environment that can be awkward if you aren't of that religion, higher ups care very little (if at all) for anyone except execs
