      Pros

      The team is truly like family, there is meaning in your work, and the vision and values are very clear (and actually used to make decisions unlike other places I've worked).

      Cons

      Sometimes leaders want to move things faster than is sustainable, but it all usually works out.

      Pros

      This is a company that is willing to invest in its employees and develop them internally. Leadership cares about the team members and is always coming up with new ways to show appreciation. I've loved working here and have learned much more than I thought I would. People are free to transfer to other positions inside the company and job openings are sent out company-wide before being offered to the general public. Milestone has an established company culture and lets that culture lead it forward.

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of cons! There have been times where I've been dissatisfied with how situations were handled, but I was able to speak to someone in HR and figure out a resolution. Things change pretty fast. This company is growing quickly and is trying to figure out ways to make everything better. Sometimes this process comes with growing pains, but sometimes it makes a big difference in your quality of life. You have to be flexible and join the conversation rather than staying discontented.
