      One of the best companies I have ever worked for! Love the culture of "Faith, Family, Excellence" and how it truly affects everything we do. Also their standards of WIN WIN WIN which means that the customer wins, the company wins, and the team member wins is amazing. You can tell that they really do use that as a filter for everything they do and every decision they make. Is it a win for everyone? If not, let's try something else. I feel valued and empowered working here and know that I have potential to grow in my career.

      Cons

      There really aren't many cons to working at Milestone. We have team member check-ins every 30-days where you can voice any concerns you may have. It really is a great work environment where everyone is family!
