      Pros

      Healthcare is decent. PTO was fine.

      Cons

      No job stability. Little room for growth. Pay is mediocre. Lots of issues with payroll, but they will fix them. Everyone has favorites and they make it obvious. Lots of nepotism throughout the company. There is little structure and training for the way things are done, so everyone is rarely on the same page. Lots of back and forth. Everyone there is conservative, Christian, and very loud about it. You will not fit in if you aren’t.

      awards, raises, and family breakfasts that your spouse can come to

      homophobic, intolerant atmosphere - which isn't surprising for a christian company. But, disappointing. My coworkers and direct lead, were all incredible - it's the founder that is terrible. Apparently he's incredibly anti women

      Lots of exposure to plumbing Lots of resources Lots of overtime opportunities Lower management is pretty good (they're open to feedback and don't restrict you from taking time off)

      Cons

      You don't go home until the job is done; this could be 4pm or 11pm depending on the job. Upper management tends to make a lot of sudden changes, which can sometimes negatively affect employees.
