Pros

Flexible employers, learning experience, potential connections, potential room for growth if you make friends with higher ups, decent pay for entry level jobs if you can get one

Cons

Not true to their word, currently going downhill FAST, heavily biased, no cohesive organization in the company policies, heavy confusion between departments and even within departments, constant sudden changes in policy and leadership, heavy nepotism (hard to get a job if you don't know someone who works there), no diverse points of views, everyone thinks the same or else gets "laid off", heavy Christian environment that can be awkward if you aren't of that religion, higher ups care very little (if at all) for anyone except execs

Pros

David Butler is a legend

Cons

Pay is nowhere near what other companies pay. Management has no idea what they are doing, they just change things weekly to save a few cents. I've heard Management repeatedly say to techs that they are replaceable. Apprentices are penalized for wanting to work. Management constantly complains about productivity but does everything in their power to inconvenience techs. Like having Apprentices "delivered" and being forced to use the single parts runner, both of these cost hours of progress on the job. Someone misused the companies money for them to stoop this low. Pointing fingers at the very people that make them their fortune. With outrageous pricing like theirs, there is no reason why we couldn't come to a fair middle ground. They continue to spend money on unnecessary things like buildings, office staff with no real purpose, and "appreciation" events where money's is spent on venues for a backhanded "thank you". To my "replacement", talk to someone that works there before you decide to be another cog in the money burning machine.
