Pros

PROS depends on the clients you're assigned to work. That being said, they're only responsible for paying, while working with Milestone, I've never had any interaction with it, other than HR issues. A lot of them, none addressed. Always with the "We're investigating" excuse. When called out, passive agressive answers. During Videoconferencing, they tell you the most absurd things, but refuse to write it down.

Cons

Empty promises of pay raises, promotions Refusal to comply with labor laws in foreign countries. Harassment Not able to listen to their employees. Micromanagement
