Pros

Opportunities of working for BIG tech clients such as Facebook. If you last long there is a chance of getting a job directly with Milestone end client. Interesting projects.

Cons

Poor management. Lack of training. Stressful environment. Lack of culture. Instead of training you being told to read the user manual. Employees competing with each other rather than working as a team. All that matters is to please end client Milestone will not be removed from vendor list.

Pros

As Uber is always growing you get to be a part of a lot of huge projects which are very nice.

Cons

As a contractor at Uber there’s a clear difference between FTEs and externals. It would be nice to have less difference. (Note a Uber cons than Milestone’s)
