Great US & European Colleagues. Great support from both sides. Given good training from both sides. They have been very supportive.

Cons

Being the only DC tech in asia is sometimes abit hard to get assistance on the spot.

They accommodated my seating health issue needs right the way and were flexible with letting me go on a previous arranged holiday within the first 2 months of work.

Cons

No physical manager or manager's representative as they are all in the US, therefore establishing a work relationship with someone you don't and will never know is quite hard and uncomfortable at the same time.
